Please include the following information:
- Your name and address printed clearly and include a contact telephone number in case of inquiry.
- Doll kits and all porcelain dolls - please quote the code number and hair colour.
- Clothing kit - quote kit number making any colour requirements clear.
- Book - state ‘Victorian Servants’ Book and include any dedication you want or just ‘signed by Sue’.
- Gift Vouchers - state amount (minimum £10) and add £1.50, include any dedication you want and the address if it is to be sent to an address different from your own. Postage and Packing is not applicable for gift vouchers alone but is applicable on redemption orders for the voucher.

Postage and Packing - £4.00
Gift Vouchers and Patterns Postage - £1.00
Book - £2.50
European:
Postage and Packaging - £5.50
Other:
Postage and Packaging - £8.50
Overseas customers please make payment in sterling or otherwise add £8.00 for foreign
cheque clearance. Unfortunately credit card facilities are not available. If you
require confirmation of receipt of order, please include a stamped addressed envelope.

Please note you may have to leave a message, and if so, I will get back to you as

Normal delivery may take up to 8 weeks, as items are individually hand made on a small scale. If I have the items in stock I will send within 3 working days.
Please note delivery may be longer than 8 weeks for dressed dolls.
Occasionally accidents happen in the post, and a doll may get broken, please contact us if this occurs and I will send a replacement.
Please note that the despatch of my orders will be delayed.
